Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of scientific research in the Arab world and put forward suggestions for developing it, based on the researchers' view of the Arabic scientific research in the past and present, and proceeding from the roles of Arab societies and their educational institutions to promote the scientific research in the future. The study is based on the case study methodology of collecting and analyzing data through examining the reality, visions and policies of the Arab countries with respect to scientific research in the past, present and future.
