Developing Model of Entrepreneurship Culture Based on Acculturation of Socio-Religion Values and Local Cultural Wisdom
Abstract
The aim of this research is integrate the Islamic entrepreneur values, theological dimension value, Islamic social responsibility and local cultural wisdom to intention and behavior. This research design used explanatory quantitative method. This research is done by hypothesis test which is formulated using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The sample of population in this research is villager and urban area Islamic businessmen in four regency Klaten, Sukoharjo Boyolali and Surakarta district. The method of taking sample is purposive sampling consist of 170 respondences. The analysis result shows that four out of five research hyphothesis are supported, namely Islamic entrepreneur values, theological dimension values, social responsibility, Intention have positive influence and significant to the behavior but local cultural wisdom is not supported to intention
